From the union of the  superior-quality organic Eucalyptus Honey from Sardinia and organic Piedmont Hazelnut Paste (IGP) from the Langhe region comes this uniquely flavoured, velvety spread.

They have carefully selected the finest hazelnuts and combined them with our award-winning organic Eucalyptus Honey to create a truly exceptional product of outstanding quality.

Made with only two ingredients, organic eucalyptus honey and organic “Tonda Gentile delle Langhe” hazelnut paste, this spread is unparalleled for its flavour, aroma, and natural purity. The hazelnut paste is produced exclusively from certified organic Piedmont I.G.P. hazelnuts from the Langhe, meticulously selected and processed according to traditional methods passed down through generations.

Nutritional Properties

Hazelnuts are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals (including potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium), as well as protein, fibre, essential fatty acids (the so-called “good fats”), and antioxidants such as vitamin E.

They are among the richest nuts in vitamin E and B group vitamins. Combined with the natural benefits of eucalyptus honey, this delicious spread becomes a genuine source of energy and vitality.

Hazelnuts are known for their energising properties, rich in protein, minerals, and healthy polyunsaturated fats, including omega-3 and omega-6.

This spread contains no lactose or gluten. It does not need to be refrigerated, even after opening; simply store it in a cool, dry place away from direct light.

If the texture becomes firmer over time, place the jar near a gentle heat source (without exceeding 35 °C) to restore its smooth consistency.
