The maturation process is done using the highest quality edible vegetable charcoal, which protects the Veghurì and gives it its characteristic black rind.
INGREDIENTS:
Plant-based tofu preparation (water, soy, salt, fermented rice drink [water, rice, colorant E150a], sesame oil), potato starch, plant-based soy preparation (water, soy 80%, cashews 20%, cultures), deodorized coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, nutritional yeast, white truffle aroma, sea salt, colorant: vegetable charcoal.
May contain almonds and wheat.
