From the heart of Sardinia, at 1,000 metres above sea level, comes Torronificio Pruneddu, masters of traditional nougat since 1963. In Tonara, the birthplace of Sardinian nougat, we blend time-honoured craftsmanship with pure, natural ingredients to create our delicious, handcrafted bars.

This premium nougat is made with just three natural ingredients: nuts, honey, and a touch of egg white (1%). Pruneddu never uses preservatives, refined sugar, or glucose syrup, only the natural sugars from honey.

Pure, simple, and unmistakably Sardinian.

Ingredients:

Sardinian Honey 50%, ALMONDS 38%, Roasted cocoa beans 10%,  EGG WHITE 1%, wafer 1% (potato starch, water and olive oil). MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, HAZELNUTS, PISTACHIOS, WALNUTS OR NUTS.
