The Origin of Peano.

Michele Peano was born in 1964 in the heart of Germany, to an Italian father and a German mother.  At the age of 16 he embarked on a career as chef, leaving school and taking an apprenticeship to be a chef. In the following years Michele worked in some of the most prestigious Michelin starred restaurants around Europe. In 1996 Michele moved to Sardinia and in 2000 he and his wife Rita started Dolci Peano. In the last 20 years they have developed a unique expertise in high class pastry.
