Pasta made exclusively from Sardinian wheat and spring water from the granite-rich region of Gallura, dried using a static method with an ultra-slow drying process.

Gnocchetti Sardi are shaped like small ridged shells; their hollow, rounded form allows sauces to seep in and cling, delighting the palates of discerning tasters.
