Paccheri Trigale – Sardinian Artisan Pasta

Certified Sardinian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water from the granite rich region of Gallura: these are the two ingredients that make Trigale’s Paccheri uniquely simple.Paccheri pasta is a large, hollow, tube shaped type of pasta. The shape of this pasta is similar to rigatoni, but paccheri are shorter and have a larger diameter. Bronze drawn and dried very slowly, they are perfect served with fish based  sauces or rich meat sauce, many recipes involve them stuffed.
